Shade sail structure project – Queen Street and East Lane

St Marys Town Centre is currently working on the design, development, and approval process to erect a shade sail structure in the laneway that runs between Queen Street and East Lane (next door to the St George Bank).  The picture below demonstrates a mock-up design of the project which has been changed recently from the original design to allow for a greater pedestrian flow through.  We are excited about moving to the next stage in the project and believe this space will offer diversity to a public space, and whilst will be visually and conceptually engaging will offer shade and comfort to the space.
